Return Policy – EdlabandiShop.uk

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase from EdlabandiShop.uk. However, if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we are happy to process a return or refund under the simple terms and conditions outlined below.


1. General Return Terms

  • Items purchased from EdlabandiShop.uk can be returned for a full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery, excluding perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods.

  • Returned items must be in resalable condition, unused, with original packaging and no damage.

  • Return postage must be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.


2. Damaged Goods

  • If your goods arrive damaged and the damage is visible at delivery, please note it on the delivery receipt with the courier.

  • Report any damage to info@edlabandishop.uk within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Once we receive the damaged goods, we will arrange a refund via your original payment method.


3. Incorrect or Wrong Items

  • If you receive items that do not match your order, notify us within 24 hours at info@edlabandishop.uk.

  • We will offer you suitable options including a refund, replacement, or discount.

  • Refunds will be issued upon return of the incorrect items unless agreed otherwise via email.


4. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, frozen items, fruits & vegetables)

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., undergarments, personal care products)

  • Products with short shelf life

If you feel such items are delivered in unsatisfactory condition, please contact our support team to discuss options.


5. Discretion & Inspection

  • EdlabandiShop.uk reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines.

  • Returned items, especially perishable goods, will be inspected before issuing any refund. Items not suitable for resale may be excluded from the refund amount.


6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider for the amount to reflect in your account.


7. Missed Deliveries & Wrong Address

  • Our delivery partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver to your provided address.

  • If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, please contact us at info@edlabandishop.uk before dispatch. After dispatch, it’s the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier using the tracking number.

  • Uncollected or returned parcels may be subject to inspection before a refund is issued.


8. Delays Due to External Factors

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Extreme weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Unexpected disruptions in courier services

In such cases, we will notify you and offer a refund if the order is canceled.


9. Damaged Sensitive Goods

Sensitive goods damaged in transit will be refunded upon photo evidence, submitted to info@edlabandishop.uk within 24 hours of delivery.
Note: Vegetables or fresh items may naturally deform during transit and are not covered under this clause.


10. Maximum Liability

In all applicable cases, the maximum liability of EdlabandiShop.uk will not exceed the value of the order or the damaged goods, whichever is lower.


11. Unexpected Delays or Refusals

If your order is delayed due to courier network issues and you choose to cancel the delivery, contact us at:
