Shan Foods (Private) Limited is a Pakistani producer of packaged spice mixes, primarily used in South Asian dishes. The company was established in 1981 as a single-room operation by its founder, Sikander Sultan, in Pakistan and quickly grew from there to becoming a major player in the packaged spice mixes industry.
Ingredients:
Red Chili, Paprika, Salt, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Brown Cardamom, Cinnamon, Caraway, Clove, Fenugreek Seed, Nigella, Carom, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed SOY Protein, Sugar, Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide.Directions:
Heat oil and fry onions for a few minutes. Add meat, garlic, ginger paste and Shan Meat Masala Mix. Stir fry for a few minutes. Add tomato, stir fry and add 4 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender. Increase heat, stir and cook until the oil separates from masala. For desired gravy, if necessary, add appropriate amount of water. -
